We only process the information you voluntarily communicate to us by email: your name, contact details and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your request. This processing is necessary to answer your request and to take pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is never sold or used for marketing.

Enquiries received by email are shared with the partners of the Crossview collective, solely for the purpose of following them up.

Retention

If your request does not lead to an engagement, your data is kept for 12 months after our last exchange and then deleted. If it leads to an engagement, it is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the applicable legal retention periods.
